White rice increases the risk of diabetes

Nutritionists and scientists prefer yellow rice, because it contains more than a white vegetable fibers and not raise blood sugar quickly in the blood.
Rice is one of the vegetables that are inevitable in almost all cuisines of the world. Should we emphasize that there is a very popular rice diet.
American scientists have studied and analyzed the yellow (integral) and white rice, and concluded that frequent consumption of white rice encourages disease type 2 diabetes (Diabetes Nursing), while the risk of developing this disease is less if you eat yellow rice.

Scientists at Harvard University have come up with the results of doing the analysis of the consumption of white and yellow rice with 157 463 39 756 men and women between 14 and 20.

They found that people who eat white rice five times a week exhibited 17% greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who eat only once a month.

Among those who ate yellow rice two or more times per week the risk of developing diabetes was reduced by 11% compared to those who ate white rice only once a month.

The study, as cited scientists, showed that the replacement of the consumption of white rice yellow or some other grains such as whole grain wheat and barley, reduced by 36 percent risk of developing diabetes.

Yellow rice contains more fiber, minerals and vitamins, and not rising as fast blood sugar as white rice, noted scientists from Harvard.
