Tips for a diabetic diet

Always eat at the same time and regularly check your blood sugar level.
The only five pieces of fruit and vegetables a day, because their fiber is perfect for diabetic slows glucose absorption from the intestine into the blood.
Concentrate on leafy vegetables, and soups and vegetable juices .. In your diet include tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, spinach, beans, bitter gourd, Pumpkin and greens. Also, apple juice, guava, citrus fruits like lemons and are useful, no bypass bananas, mangoes, grapes and papaya.
Vegetables that contain lots of carbohydrates, like potatoes or tapioca, is not recommended.
Eat plenty of starch, which is in bread, cereals and corn. You do not have completely out sugar and sweets, make no more than moderate. Avoid cakes, biscuits, dried fruit and oil when cooking.

And remember - unless you have proper nutrition to strictly adhere to the following rules:

DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL
DO NOT MAKE UNCONTROLLED sugar diet
